Do You Have Food Poisoning

Overview

Eating food that has been contaminated can lead to a wide range of illnesses and symptoms commonly referred to as food poisoning. Understanding how it occurs and recognizing the signs is important for preventing further complications. Knowing the common foods associated with contamination and the steps for avoiding food poisoning will help keep you safe.  You could have food poisoning, however, not in the traditional sense. You could have a form of food poisoning because you are eating the Standard American Diet, which has created a Food Health Crisis in America.

Dr. McDougall’s Color Picture Book

Food Poisoning: How to Cure It by Eating Beans, Corn, Pasta, Potatoes, Rice, etc.*

Dr. McDougall realizes this, and he illustrates this in a very easy-to-read and understands short ebook. Please take a look at the ebook; it is accessible and exciting. It is based on the three lights on a traffic signal. A green light means go that is eating as much as you want. A yellow light means caution, and you should eat these foods with caution. And as you may have guessed by now, a red light means you should not eat these foods! Okay, maybe on exceptional occasions.

After viewing this book, you should readily understand why people are fat and sick and how they can become well by eating the “green light” foods and avoiding the “red light” ones. Please share this free picture book with your friends, family, and co-workers.

The truth is simple and easy to understand:

The McDougall Diet is based on starches with vegetables and fruits.

The McDougall Diet does not contain any animal foods or vegetable oils.

The McDougall Diet may contain salt, sugar, or spice.
